Yep, Lika-honey, I have X 11 in my bed (next to the care bear & the tiger)...for reasons thusly: I was throwing the massivest & most spectacular pity-party with the aid of X's 13, 12 & 11. Now, while I only sniffled a little bit through 13 & 12, when I got to 11 and saw Dai-kun turn bright red and bolt out the door, with one of the twins offering to bring him back - but Hinoto just lets him go with this really sad expression, I broke down, clutched the manga to my chest, and couldn't detach myself from it. Hence, I now keep waking up to see Karen every morning!! XD
I take it you were calling him BLONDE there for his behaviour, since his hair is WHITE (oh yes it is, lah-lah-lah-lah-lah).
When you're watching the episodes, please keep an eye on Dai-kun's nose, because HOT DAMN if that isn't the most adorable snubbed blobby-thing I have ever seen!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! *squeals* And still very much incongruous with his serious personality. *^_________^*

I am at present speaking to you around my foot, which is firmly inserted inside my mouth. "I really want to see episode 15" yeah right. Of course when I read the episode summaries through in detail (rather than skimming) I had tears running down my face. Oh, Saiki-dono, I love you, you stupid idiot. Why'd you have to go mess with Fuuma. ;_; Worst of all, they just had to end with another little flashback of Chibi-Dai. *duck, blush* "... I want to work hard and become strong like you, Seiichirou-san. "Yes, that's right, dear animators, that's my heart which you just STUCK A KNIFE INTO! *sobs*
And I was gonna argue against Alison-honey's theory about EvilDoE!Aoki, but if he's carrying Daisuke's body & still not crying, that's really...hmmm, really off, kinda. Because I can understand if he didn't actually SEE Daisuke die, & if he didn't see the body (which was lost), & he didn't see the severed head either (unlike Kamui, who went nuts at that point), and if all he had to go on was Hinoto's vague vision, and if he didn't feel Daisuke die......but on telly he DID feel it, and he did see the body. So that's real screwy.
The point is, it was sad in the manga when Aoki was all depressed-looking and saying about how Daisuke made him promise not to cry. I actually found that more affecting than if he had been weeping - and Karen's comforting response was so sweet as well.
Aoki/Dai is my second favourite pair in X (first being Yuzu/Inuki, of course ^_~). Just look; Aoki's the only person Daisuke smiles at (in the manga, at least). He may blush a lot with Hinoto (then again, Daisuke-kun blushes with everyone in the manga, all except Arashi) but it's Aoki he thinks is the bees knees (the cats pyjamas, etc etc). Keri, you once said that Dai-kun wasn't as hot or worthy as Aoki. Well, no, he's not. That's the whole point I LOVE their interactions (Daisuke is fun to tease XD). I also love that Daisuke looks up to Aoki because he ISN'T as powerful a windmaster, and his uncle is so much cooler. Even though Dai's not a Dragon, he's still willing to put himself on the line when he doesn't HAVE to; it isn't his fight. Even though he knows he can't win against Kamui. He's uptight & stubborn, & that's why I love him.

So, well it wasn't a happy night last night, what with bemoaning my Keiichi-colourpictureless-hell, and Daisuke biting it on TV. Luckily all is wonderful today, since A/K are snuggly and getting the Asuka spotlight. ^________^ Oh yes, you see how intense Seiichirou-san looks when he put his arm around Karen? I swear he never looked like that before Daisuke's death. Not even when Kotori got her head chopped off. I'm sure he was affected by it.
And Karen looks so sweeeeeeeeeeet when he touched her! *_* This is why I love their moments, more than if they were shagging each other. =)

Alison, I'm glad the TV's moving fast too. I see no point in dragging out the S/S same old-same-old, & it'll be cool to see the Rainbow Bridge stuff animated. Lucky for me they got out the Dai-death-episode first, since no-one'll care once Sei-chan dies. ^_~ Plus they've upped Daisuke's cuteness factor (wonder if Yuzu-chan will be upset like in the manga? If she isn't then we can have fun predicting her changeover to DoE! ;p)

Oh, he may have moments of dorky hillarity ("you're pretty too, Shirou-kun" ROFLMAO) and moments of sadness ("You heard about my mother?.....so you already knew."), but the main thing is he's a nice guy who doesn't mind if you laugh at him (& I do laugh at him. Well, aparently Dai-kun got the chop on TV (still with his head? @_@;;; Strange...), & I really want to see this episode!! Suprised? Nah, don't be, I love X 13 all except for the beginning where Inuki-chan gets killed. That was WAY too close-to-the-bone, but since all of my friends are very much head-accessorised/cranially-enhanced/gots dem heads on necks it didn't bother me all that much. Besides, Dai-kun is a very cute boy, even with just a head. I'm officially adopting Daisuke's Severed Head as my muse, as of now. ^________^ *kisses the head on the cheek, then goes off to shoot some hoops with it* *snicker*
Anyway, I'm blindingly happy that Chibi-Dai got into the TV show!!!!!!!!! :DDDDDD WHOO-HOO! I was ready to kill if they missed out Aoki's side-story (& boy do I want to see Young!Fresh-faced!Seiichirou-san on telly! *____*). Actually, I'm still ready to kill if Daisuke doesn't get a tarot card. You hear me, CLAMP? Give. The boy. A card. He deserves it!
All the Hinoto/Daisuke stuff, whether on TV or in the manga, is sweet. I mean, I HATE Hinoto, she is a bad person and I'm jealous of her too...but the H/D scenes are wonderfully wistful & sad. It's just a shame, but y'know CLAMP is great at that stuff (regrets, mistakes, misunderstandings).
