This is cute! Keiichi Segawa ist einer meiner ABSOLUTEN Lieblinge in X. Er ist Kamuis Schulkamerad und scheint sein Fan zu sein. ^_^ Keiichi ist wirklich immer nur fröhlich drauf und lächelt. Es ist wirklich SEHR selten, dass man ihn mit einer ernsten Miene sieht. Seine Eltern kamen bei den vielen Erdbeben ums Leben und Kamui fühlt sich sehr verantwortlich für dieses Unglück. Über ihn weiß ich leider auch noch nicht so viel, da er erst erschienen ist (Band 11). Aber eins ist bestimmt klar; er empfindet garantiert tiefere Gefühle für Kamui, als nur Freundschaft. Und umgekehrt auch! ^_~ Heehee, I need to check my dictionary, but Sat-chan she did just say "ABSOLUTE darling", right? *^^*
And, there aren't any Seiichirou Aoki shrines as far as I can see :(

I just have to add that I agree with this person ...On the subject of Harry Potter : Film is now on general release, which means the wondrous gift to the universe that is Oliver Wood has been revealed to the general populace, inciting the almost unanimous decision on the HP slash lists that this boy needs to be fucked. Pronto. The orderly queue soon turned into a battle to kidnap him for personal sex toy. The Scots accent has only swelled the ranks. Not to mention an entirely new pairing has been discovered : Snape/Quirrell. We have decided that this is entirely due to the fault of Messrs. Rickman and Hart, for creating such tension and having more fun than is reasonable with their characters.

Of the K's...

Antecedant to my view of K/K, is this: Kamui never thought he could be friends with anybody except Kotori-chan and Fuuma. And he never was, either, since he seemed to have spent his six years away from Tokyo friendless. So, when he started at CLAMP campus, only to be singled out by a big blonde dork, he naturally couldn't imagine WHY Keiichi wanted to spend time with him. However, he gradually warmed up to Keiichi's, um, loud & overfriendly ways, right up to that very sweet part where Keiichi gently reminds Kamui that he could probably count Sorata, Arashi, & Yuzu-chan as his friends. Then says he wants to be friends too, & Kamui WANTS TO also.
As for Kei-bun, it's weird that he has no friends. He, after all, seemed mainly interested in helping Kamui at school - you don't lend someone your notes & get them to have lunch with you if you think they're doing ok with study & getting on with people, after all. I just assumed he had lots of friends, being class-dictator & all, but after Kamui went over to his place he mentioned to purple-eyes that he was an only child & his mother would be pleased as well if Kamui came back sometime soon. Ergo, he's actually lonely as Kamui is.
In any case, it was lucky for Keiichi that he made friends with Kamui. At least Kamui can totally understand about losing one's mother in a housefire, & he quietly listens to all of what Kei has to say. And that kid just never seems to shut up, does he. XD
What does any of that have to do with crushes? Not a hell of a lot. But Kamui, if you're so inclined, I'd suggest duct tape, lots of it, over Keiichi's mouth (of perhaps gaffer tape would be better for keeping the genki idiot quiet), and then you can just go for your life! ^_~

Sophie got a kitten two days ago! <(^.^)> So far she has no name. As you can imagine, Mayo is not very impressed with the new addition, XD. Poor May-May, she'll get used to it. But at the moment, she hops in my bedroom window, looks around for the presense of evil little fluffballs, & then settles down on my (mercifully kitten-free) bed. No kitling will replace Mayo in my affections. *^_^*

Ok, time for some fervent ravings about the HP movie.
The night went well! =) Arthur & I brought along every-flavoured beans and chocolate frogs to the theatre, just like the fangeeks we are! *^^* LOTR preview was ALL THAT! WHOO! And Elijah Wood's so adorable! :D Um, also loved the Scooby-doo preview, very very funny (I used to be in love with Scooby when I was three years old, XD).
We ate the chocolate frogs at the same time as Harry & Ron did...and Hagrid was really cool! Hedwig was pretty (I WANT ONE!!!!!!), Daniel Radcliff was cute, Hermione was brilliant (MYOW! *covers her with chocolate sauce*), not enough of the twins, they looked like over-grown pixies in those pointy hats, PERCY, oh Percy you're yummy too!!!!!!, I want him in my bed, I wanna adopt lil' Neville (then he & Keiichi can have baths together, LOL) - absolutely love his PJs, Alan Rickman EEEEEYAAAAAAAA that voice, ah! Oiishi!, doncha wanna tie him to the wall & slap him just to see him pissed off? :P, I want to have all of Oliver Wood's babies and that's final, that girl who commentated the quidditch match was cool, wow she was really getting into it, Hagrid in an apron is TOO CUTE, I loved when the dragon burned his beard, and awwwwwww he was all sad when it had to go away, the centaur was cool, it was great to see the quidditch onscreen, um, it was all good!
I was really impressed; as adaptations go they got the right sort of atmosphere & the absolutely MOST PERFECT actors for all the roles. Only thing I can say for faults is that the Weasleys (esp. yummy!Percy) didn't get much time. Perhaps there'll be more in the second movie, though. And, oh yeah, not enough of the very delicious Oliver Wood! XD The second movie, IMHO, should be all one long quidditch match, with lots of slow-motion bits on Oliver. Heh heh. *^__^*
Arthur mentioned Oliver Wood as soon as we were out of the theatre *ha! gay appeal*, and he thought Percy was yummy too. I'm not sure he was that taken with Alan Rickman, but I was. Mrrow. :D

Well, cats are great, & I love them. It's simply that dogs are more responsive to humans than cats are. Cats are their own aloof selves, which is great. And they are cuddly at other times. But they wouldn't put themselves at risk for you, not like a dog.
Babylon 5 is AWESOME, (I'll rave on it some other time), and yeah, the writer had a five-year arc which he stuck to. Unlike the X-Files which just got dragged out interminably cos they were making money on it.
Sure, I'll dance for you! XD Haven't got the moves to 'Bob the Builder' (CAN WE FIX IT? YES WE CAN!) yet, but have all the words memorised & to the point of doing the accent as well. XD XD XD

Anyway, just a little more of our searing debate on K/K...I looked, on several of my "wouldn't it be nice if they got together" moments *makes shamed-face*, to see if there was ANYTHING at all that could possibly indicate romance. Nothing. I came up zip. For one thing, we're dealing with a character who takes several minutes to notice that he's in a compromising position with Kamui, then just goes "oh, sorry!" & thinks about something else (namely earthquakes >_<). Kei is simply very innocent. When he says 'friends' he MEANS friends.
...but he is gay, isn't he? I just can't see him any other way...Am I wrong?
Oh, & I insist on calling him a dork because (a)well he IS ^_~, and (b)I don't want anyone thinking I have some sort of rose-tinted view of him as a perfect person. Although, I do admit to seeing him as an open & vunerable child, which is probably not quite right; but there you go, I'm also far from perfect. ^_^
